2019 Multi Grouse Grind Challenge

Multi Grouse Grind Challenge

From dawn to dusk, participants test their mettle against the most avid of Grinders on the longest day of the year. The hardiest of athletes tackle the ultimate challenge of completing multiple Grinds within one day, whether their goal is to set a personal best or to set the bar as the official Multi-Grouse Grind Challenge record holder. The 2019 event broke records, with Wilfrid Leblanc scaling the Grind 19 times over 19 hours and Brooke Spence setting a new female record of 18 Grinds. While this is an impressive physical feat, it is also an important event that raises valuable funds for the Cardiology Program at BC Children's Hospital.

Congratulations to this year’s athletes! Your support allows us to aim higher for BC’s kids.

Note: This is the official and only sanctioned event to determine the record-holder for most ascents of the Grouse Grind in a one-day period.
