Once again, my famil and I are participating in the Upper Fraser Valley Community for Kids golf tournament to raise funds for BC Children's Hospital.  This is a very important cause for my family.  Without BC Children's Hospital, we would not have at least one of our family members with us today.  32 years ago my niece Blaike came down with a severe form of Menegitis.   The treatment she received saved her life, albeit she is now a quadruple amputee.  This has not stopped her from living a normal life, shes just shorter now.  She works, drives, and does all the things that everyone else does.  She is currently living in Dublin, Ireland.  All on her own on the other side of the world.
