Balding for Dollars raises community awareness for childhood cancer and blood disorders, provides funding to support the oncology program at BC Children's Hospital, and supports kids and their families throughout their journey.

My child, Sage, was diagnosed with stage 3 wilms kidney cancer in February 2015. She went on to fight 2 more times and passed away June 2019. She never complained and never gave up. There aren't any words I can say to describe what I witness her endure. So, I can handle shaving my head in her honour to help raise some awareness and funds for other children like my child! 

Balding For Dollars helped Sage and I out a lot through her 3 cancer fights and I wish to give back! Please consider joining me this May! Be just a tiny bit brave and shave for kids that need to be BRAVE every single day and have NO CHOICE.
